A collaboration between CHALK/BACR, Samoan Community Development Center (SCDC), Hunters Point Family (HPF), Horizons, & Five Keys. Our agencies bring deep expertise in serving justice-involved youth, have long standing partnerships with justice agencies, & provide wraparound services that include in-custody services, women's services, cultural programming, education and workforce.The RESET Collaborative serves justice-involved Black, Latinx and Pacific Islander youth living in HOPE SF sites & disenfranchised neighborhoods (Mission, Tenderloin, Fillmore, Potrero Hill, Bayview & Sunnydale). All are between the ages of 16-24, low-income & face multiple barriers to stability, including lack of education, involvement in violence, little/no work experience, & being underhoused.
