CARE Ambassadors serves 16-24 year old's interested in gaining paid work experience within a high demand industry sector. Some industries we work with are Culinary, Public Service, TDL and  Early Childhood/Education to name a few. Our youth develop a valuable work experience that enhances employability skills and career awareness while supporting their overall personal development with the support of a Career Coach. The ultimate goal of CARE is for youth to be permanently hired; whether that is at the worksite they were placed or somewhere of their choosing, we support them throughout the process. Participants are expected to commit to programming for at least the program year. The CARE Ambassador program is for any job seeker ages 16-24 years old regardless of residency or status (though slots for undocumented youth are limited)

Both programs are located at MLVS (Mission Language and Vocational School) 2929 19th St San Francisco, CA 94110
